Palate: On the palate, sticky ginger syrup sweetness carries a bright burst of orange, unfolding into opulent glazed dates, cherries and plump sultanas. Rich oak and warming sweet spices weave through to a luxurious, lingering finish. Finish: Long and rich with oak and star anise.
