These blended malts combine whiskies from Speyside and Islay both peated and unpeated malts working together for a complex, rewarding flavour profile. The name 'Lum Reek' comes from a traditional Scottish toast, "Lang may yer lum reek". Reckon you'd best say that when enjoying a glass of this. It's only fair. This is the 12 year old expression, drawn from a combo of red wine, Pedro Ximenez, and bourbon casks.
