Our Irish poitin is triple distilled in copper stills using a traditional recipe to create smooth, sweet notes of lemon, lime and malt throughout the palate AN ANCIENT IRISH TRADITION. First distilled by monks, the Irish enjoyed their poitín for a thousand years before it was banned by the Brits in 1661. Remained part of Irish drinking culture and is now coming back in the mainstream THE PROCESS. Triple distilled, we then cut the spirit with Irish spring water to 40% ABV resulting in a drink that is full of character and exceptionally smooth. Sláinte! AWARD WINNING.
