Strong fastening strap closure attaches around the leg keeping it secure with adequate compression. ✔️ - These wraps can provide soothing support and serve as an alternative to cold hosing. ✔️ - Place into a freezer (in the bag provided) cooler until frozen; Remove and secure around the leg that needs attention using the elastic fasteners; When frozen the pack will stay flexible and soft to conform around the leg/joint.
