Magicard model part number is 3649-0001. The Magicard Pronto is a direct-to-card (DTC) printer, which is best suited for printing basic card designs onto flat plastic cards. The Magicard Pronto will encounter difficulties when printing solid large colours, it cannot print to the very edge of the card, and it cannot print to access control plastic cards. The printer is hand-fed and does not have input/output hoppers. It can print 500 monochrome or 100 color cards per hour. The printer is compatible with Windows 11, 10 (32/64 bit) and macOS 10.10.x, 10.7.x. However, please note that not all ID card design software is compatible with macOS. The Magicard Pronto is ideal for small businesses and beginners who are printing small volumes of cards. The Magicard Pronto printer can utilise rewrite technology.
