Makita CB-440 194427-5 Carbon Brushes (Alternative to CB-436)

The Makita 195021-6 CB440 Carbon Brush Pair is a genuine OEM replacement set designed to restore and maintain motor performance in selected Makita cordless tools. Manufactured to Makita's own specifications, each brush in the pair is formed from high-quality conductive carbon, ensuring consistent contact with the motor commutator under load. Compatible tools include the BTD130F and BTD131 impact drivers, and the pair is engineered as a direct, like-for-like replacement with the correct lead, spring, and terminal configuration - no modifications required. Worn carbon brushes are a common cause of reduced power, increased sparking, and premature armature wear. Fitting a fresh pair at the correct wear limit helps restore stable torque delivery, reduces arcing, and protects the commutator, extending the working life of the motor. A short bedding-in period is all that's needed before the tool returns to consistent, reliable operation. Supplied as a matched pair to ensure both brushes wear e
