Marcato AC-150-PAPL Pappardelle Accessory for Atlas 150 Pasta Machine, Chrome-Plated Steel, Silver

PASTA MACHINE ATTACHMENT: Compatible exclusively with the Atlas 150, this accessory enriches the culinary experience by offering the possibility to prepare dishes that require the use of Pappardelle. Its rollers are made with a subtly rough surface that will make the pasta porous to enhance its taste and easily bind to sauces. PAPPARDELLE ATTACHMENT: Pappardelle are a flat pasta shape with a width of 10 mm. Typical of Tuscan cuisine, they have a rough texture but a rich and bold taste. They pair well with hearty sauces, such as meat and game-based sauces. The recommended thickness of the dough is at position 6 on the pasta machine's thickness regulator. STEEL AND ALUMINUM: This accessory is made of high-quality chrome-plated steel and aluminum treated with anodization. The materials used are designed to be non-harmful to health, even after countless uses. EASY ASSEMBLY: The accessory attaches to the pasta machine by inserting it into the designated guides for cutting accessories. Once assembled, it will be perfectly stable. For safety reasons, the Pappardelle attachment is not compatible with the Atlasmotor. MADE IN ITALY: Marcato has always produced in Italy, employing sustainable production processes while respecting the environment and health.
