This autumn sowing duo contains Broad Bean 'Aquadulce Claudia' and Pea 'Douce Provence', chosen for early crops and reliable performance. Autumn sowing lets young plants establish before winter, overwinter as hardy plants and resume growth in spring for an earlier harvest and the option to sow a second crop. Sow Aquadulce Claudia in October-November; it is very hardy, quick to establish and produces long glossy pods up to 9in with tender pale beans. Sow Douce Provence from late September to early November; it is a round-seeded, very sweet and succulent pea that crops earlier than spring-sown varieties. Pack includes one full-size packet of each seed variety, offering a saving versus buying separately.
