Marshalls Garden Brokali 'columbia' Broccoli Seeds, 50 Seeds Pack

Brokali ‘Columbia’ is an exclusive autumn-winter variety that produces long-stemmed, sweet and succulent florets ideal for steaming, stir-fries and tempura. Each packet gives around 50 plants, extending your home-grown supply through the winter months. Sow indoors or outdoors using a fine multipurpose seed compost, keep soil moist by standing the seed tray in water to soak the compost, and maintain temperatures around 12-20°C for best germination. Harvest the main head when it reaches the size of an egg, then cut stems to encourage side shoots - you can continue cropping for about two months. For best results with brassicas, use a Pre-Planting Brassica Fertiliser to boost root nutrients in winter.
