Compact dwarf buddleja 'Candy Little Ruby' from Marshalls Garden produces abundant deep pink-red, fragrant flower spires from June to September, attracting bees and butterflies. Ideal for pots and small gardens, this fully hardy butterfly bush reaches about 800-900 mm and provides reliable summer colour. Plant in full sun in moist, well-drained soil between April and October; dig a hole twice as deep and three times as wide, position the plant at the same level as the rootball, firm the soil and water thoroughly. Keep well watered and fed while establishing and trim in summer if needed. Great for patio displays and as cut flowers, this compact variety was featured by Marshalls Garden at the Chelsea Flower Show 2022.
