Marshalls Garden Escallonia Leavis 'pink Elle' Compact Evergreen Shrub 9Cm Plant

Marshalls Garden Escallonia Leavis 'Pink Elle' is a compact evergreen shrub with glossy foliage and abundant large pink flowerheads in early summer, often followed by a second flush in autumn. Growing to around 1.2 m, it is H3 hardy and ideal for coastal gardens, hedging or mixed borders, and it attracts pollinators while showing good disease resistance. Plant in full sun in any fertile, well-drained soil. Recommended planting months: February-June and September-November. For best establishment, dig a hole twice as deep and three times as wide as the rootball, mix in soil improver if the soil is heavy, add plant feed if desired, set the plant at the same level as in its pot, firm the soil and water thoroughly. Keep well watered and fed while establishing and trim in summer if needed.
