All distilled together in a single pass, so the citrus and lime-leaf character is properly integrated rather than infused on top. HANDCRAFTED AT YORKSHIRE'S PIONEERING DISTILLERY - Made in small batches by hand at our distillery in North Yorkshire, in traditional copper alembic pot stills - the same stills that have produced 125+ international award-winning spirits since Karl and Cathy Mason founded Yorkshire's first gin distillery in 2013. Every batch passes our in-house tasting panel before a single bottle is signed off.
