Its unique formula contains natural papain enzyme and wheat flour, which work to break down protein fibres for a more tender result, while also providing a light seasoning base. Perfect for grilling, roasting, or stewing beef, lamb, or poultry.For the best results, simply sprinkle the tenderizer evenly over the meat’s surface, rub in gently, and allow it to rest for 15-30 minutes before cooking.
