They can also be used with cajons or even a standard bass drum. Its L-shape design allows for flush contact between the hammer head-style beater and your percussion of choice ensuring naturally deep tones and pronounced sounds. The foam beater has different profiles at each end ensuring either a boom or punch response depending on your preference.
