Highly recommended. If you don't have two left hands, even an unskilled person can fit the plugs. Very good build quality.

You need to get used to how it works; after maybe 2-3 tries the plug sits properly and the cable works. I use it with a Cat 6a patch cable which I had to shorten, so the internal wires are flexible but it works. You can open the plug as often as you like and reuse it.
