Microplane - Gourmet Grater, Stars - Black

Microplanes are plentiful in my "grater drawer". The set is flawless, the blades are ultra‑sharp. The grating results are as shown in the pictures; I do not upload my own photos. I recommend wearing protective gloves for every Microplane grater you use to process "leftovers". 🙏

Good and fast delivery and very good product quality

The grater is very sharp. I mainly use it for parmesan, ginger, turmeric, horseradish. The grated product is very fine. For some items a coarser grater might be advisable. But surely you don’t only have one grater.

Works in all directions too, conserves expensive cheese and gives full aromatic release. A nice addition to a foodie's toy collection.
