Midi Aperitifs Liquid Sunset, 70cl, 21% ABV, Juicy Mediterranean Aperitif, capturing the sunny South of France

MIDI APERITIFS: Our name refers to the southern part of France called Le Midi. A place where apero, petanque and rose are considered heritage. Our aperitifs recreate that southern "je ne sais quoi" and teleport you to a sun-covered terrace. LIQUID SUNSET: Chenin Blanc base, fortified with distillates of juicy apricots, Amalfi lemons. Hints of lemon verbena, thyme and almonds take you on a journey through the South. Characterised by its golden sunset colour. THE PROCESS: Working with smaller vineyards allows us to carefully select our wine bases. While the grapes ferment, we macerate and distil the best Mediterranean fruit, which is combined with our wine before fortification. SUNSET SPRITZ: Ingredients- 60ml Midi Liquid Sunset, 90ml Sparkling white wine, 10ml lemon juice. Fill your wine glass with ice, and pour in Liquid Sunset, top with wine and the squeeze of lemon. Garnish with lemon and thyme. ENJOY:A juicy drink somewhere in between a wine and a spirit. Complex flavours, fresh, easy to drink, low in alcohol. Best enjoyed with friends and beautiful sunsets.
