MIYABI 34536-007-0 Handheld Knife Sharpener, Black

We have two Myabi knives, and use this sharpener, particularly the honing portion frequently. So much so that we wore down the wheel and had to buy another one. Unfortunately the individual wheels are not available.

High quality well made simple knife sharpener. There is so many to choose from but this is the best for easy sharpening. If you want the real deal get the brand made in Oregon.

High quality and well-made. Great for sharpening Miyabi knives

The ceramic wheel broke in half within 6 months, used about twice a month. I just cannot give that a good rating, considering it was 35 bucks when I bought it, and I see it's about 1/3 more in price.
