They combine soft cushioning with high energy return and a wide last that ensures comfort and support over long distances and demanding training sessions.The model features a dual-layer midsole - MIZUNO ENERZY NXT in the top layer and MIZUNO ENERZY in the bottom layer - that delivers a very soft feel together with a high level of energy return. Its stability system is based on the asymmetric design of the Mizuno Wave plate and a rubber wall integrated on the inner side of the shoe, providing pronation control without sacrificing cushioning. The upper has been updated with Smooth Stretch Woven fabric, which is more breathable and reduces horizontal stretch to keep the foot in the correct position throughout the stride.
