The Monitor Audio Silver AMS 8G Speakers are designed for adding height effects to a Silver Series 8G home cinema system without needing in-ceiling speakers. They can sit on top of compatible front speakers to reflect Dolby Atmos sound from the ceiling or be wall-mounted for more direct height or surround-channel placement. Each speaker uses a two-way layout with a 5.25-inch C-CAM RST III bass/mid driver and a 25mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter giving effects ambience and overhead movement the same family sound as the rest of the Silver 8G range. Their compact angled cabinet helps direct sound correctly for height-channel use while refined crossover design and sturdy cabinet construction support cleaner integration with Silver floorstanders bookshelf speakers and the Silver Centre 8G.
