Motul Lubricating Oil for Hybrid Engines Ngen 0W20 1 Litre

Engine oil, synthetic of biological origin "Fuel Economy" specially designed for hybrid electric vehicles (H.E.V) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (P.H.E.V) equipped with recent petrol engines, supercharged or naturally aspirated, with direct or indirect injection, designed to use SAE 0W-20 oil with low friction and HTHS (High Temperature High Shear) viscosity (≥ 2.6 mPa.s). Specially formulated to overcome the technical challenges imposed by petrol hybrid cars, such as fuel dilution, water emulsion, intensive use of the stop/start system and generally low oil temperature operation. This state-of-the-art formula is part of a completely new sustainable concept from Motul, as it contains 25% organic base (synthetic bases of 100% renewable vegetable origin) and uses a Motul plastic container that is 50% recycled and 100% recyclable. This organic base formulated with renewable, non-fossil raw materials limits the environmental impact and allows Motul to reduce its carbon footprint by 25% during the manufacturing process. MOTUL NGEN is the common name for Motul's sustainable ranges using different technologies in formulation and packaging to reduce its carbon footprint. This dedicated formulation can also be used for petrol engines requiring a SAE 0W-20 viscosity grade lubricant or a "Fuel Economy" lubricant in viscosity grade 20, with API SP and/or ILSAC GF-6A level standards. MOTUL NGEN HYBRID 0W-20 is suitable for battery electric vehicles (B.E.V.) equipped with a gasoline engine used as a range extender. Compatible with catalytic converters and particulate filters. This type of oil may not be suitable for use in some engines. Refer to the owner's manual if in doubt.
