Produced at one of Jamaica’s oldest distilleries, this rum is crafted using traditional methods, including a lengthy natural fermentation process. Its powerful and complex flavour profile reveals intense notes of ripe tropical fruit and flambéed banana, complemented by hints of spice and rich molasses.
