The bead roller enables you to easily and directly work sheet metal. Special dies help you to pull grooves or flanges. In addition, the cutting dies enable you to easily trim sheet metal. The bead roller is perfectly designed for shaping different types of metal sheets. The device has enough pressing power to work or even sever steel sheets with a thickness of 1.21 mm and aluminium sheets with a thickness of 1.8 mm. For use in a workshop or on a construction site, the device can be easily mounted in a vice. The bead roller is operated mechanically with a hand crank which turns two rollers which are positioned 50 mm apart and form a gap with a width of 440 mm. Dies are mounted on the ends of the rollers which press various forms into the sheet metal. Turning the crank pulls the sheet into the device.
