Instead of using conventional silanes/ siloxanes, Ultimate Sealant uses silicon dioxide nano particles that are able to bond with the substrate on a molecular level and offer longer-lasting UV ray and water repellent protection. EASY-TO-APPLY. Forget about applying a milky white looking liquid on your vertical/ horizontal surfaces that might end up leaving residues once it dries. Ultimate Sealant is odorless, colorless and can be sprayed, rolled, or brushed into almost every absorbent substrate. GREAT AREA COVERAGE.
