NT Labs Koi Care Filter Bugs Liquid (500ml Treats 18,200L) | Nitrifying bacteria cultures boost biological filtration during new pond setup and ongoing routine maintenance.

Filter Bugs is a concentrated liquid blend of nitrifying bacteria, available in 500ml, 1L, and 2.5L sizes, designed to enhance and sustain biological filtration in garden ponds. It is particularly useful during filter setup, after cleaning, or when water quality declines. This product contains active strains of Nitrosomonas, Nitrobacter, and Nitrospira, which work quickly to restore filter bacteria populations and stabilize ammonia and nitrite levels, promoting clear, healthy pond water and stable water parameters. Filter Bugs is ideal for new filter setups, seasonal restarts, and post-treatment scenarios, and can be used weekly or more frequently if necessary. It is safe to use with Pond Salt Plus at general tonic and anti-stress levels. For application, simply add the appropriate dose directly to your filter media and turn off UV filtration for at least 24 hours. This straightforward solution is essential for maintaining healthy biological activity in your pond throughout the season.
