Oats are a good source of antioxidants with properties like anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant properties. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Oats are a cereal crop that is enclosed in two hard husks that must be removed before the grain can be consumed. The oats are washed and lightly roasted with dry heat to facilitate removing these two outer hulls easier. What's left is a whole grain groat with fiber-rich bran, a nourishing germ, which makes up the majority of the grain. Not only are they high in protein, but also in minerals and vitamins.
