They're very good for oatmeal, but they can also be used to thicken sauces or milkshakes. Use to make biscuits more consistent. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: They are slowly absorbed into the bloodstream, delivering a longer, more steady release of energy, assisting in the maintenance of blood sugar levels while also keeping you satiated for longer than other meals! GMO-free Oatmeal Medium Stabilised is suitable for vegans. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: To Cook: 1. Bring the water and/or milk to a boil. 2. Reduce to medium to low heat and stir in the oats. 3. Stir occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid. 4.
