ANTI-FUNGAL & MOULD-RESISTANT FORMULA: This sealant is designed to stop mould and mildew, making it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, showers and any other damp areas in the home. It has a neutral, non-staining formula, so it won't mark your surfaces CONTROLLED WORKING TIME & CURING PERFORMANCE: You get around 10 minutes to smooth and adjust the sealant before it starts to set. It slowly cures over time, forming a strong, flexible and waterproof seal that can handle everyday movement without cracking WIDE TEMPERATURE, WATER & WEATHER RESISTANCE: You can apply it in temperatures from +5°C to +40°C. Once fully cured, it stands up to cold, heat, moisture, UV light and general weather conditions, so it's reliable indoors and outdoors. It's frost-safe for transport but not suitable for areas that stay underwater all the time EXCELLENT ADHESION & SURFACE COMPATIBILITY: It sticks well to most common household surfaces, including tiles, ceramic, glass, metal, PVC, painted surfaces, concrete and plaster - even when they're slightly damp. It stays flexible, so it won't crack as your home naturally moves JOINT SIZE & APPLICATION GUIDANCE: Suitable for sealing around baths, sinks, showers and other sanitary areas. For small gaps, the depth should roughly match the width. For wider gaps, use a shallower depth. Apply in smooth vertical lines, and if you're fixing something heavy, keep it supported for about 24 hours CLEANING, COVERAGE & STORAGE: You can clean away uncured sealant and clean your tools with OB1 Cleaner. Once it hardens, it must be removed manually. A 290 ml tube covers around 8-12 metres depending on how thick the bead is. Store unopened tubes between +5°C and +25°C.
