ECO FRIENDLY HIGH PERFORMANCE SEALANT: Contains 46 % bio based content with very low VOC emissions, delivering professional grade sealing, bonding, and gap filling while supporting more sustainable building and DIY projects. STRONG ADHESION & ELASTIC DURABILITY: Hybrid polymer technology provides high adhesion strength (1.50-2.00 N/mm² tensile strength) and long term flexibility (100-250 % elongation at break), resisting UV, moisture, and weathering for indoor and outdoor use. CONTROLLED WORKING & CURING TIME: Offers an open working time before skin formation of approximately 20-35 minutes, with curing time of 2-3 mm per 24 hours at +23 °C / 50 % RH. Fully cures under the influence of humidity to form durable elastic rubber. WIDE APPLICATION & TEMPERATURE RANGE: Applies easily between +5 °C and +40 °C, including on most damp substrates. Once cured, remains serviceable in temperatures from -40 °C to +110 °C, with joint movement capability up to 20 %. COVERAGE & APPLICATION GUIDANCE: A 290 ml cartridge provides approximately 8-12 linear metres at a 5 mm bead (depending on joint dimensions). Apply in vertical strips or beads; ensure correct joint depth to width ratio for optimal performance. CLEANING, STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: Uncured material and tools clean easily with OB1 Cleaner; cured sealant can only be removed mechanically. Paintable with most water based and bio based paints after a few days. Store between +5 °C and +25 °C in original unopened packaging. Shelf life: 18 months from date of manufacture.
