No accidents, never damaged, but simply quit working after 7 months. Customer service seems awful so far. They want me to send them a video explaining the problem, because they claim that they don’t understand what I wrote in simple English. Avoid.

Soon as you activate features and in my instance, the virtual camera, the product lags. Unreliable product, I will be returning.
