Oliver's Kitchen Adjustable Rolling Pin with Thickness Rings, Steel | Stainless steel rolling pin with 4 thickness rings (2, 3, 6, 10mm) and built-in ruler - dishwasher safe, for pastry & pizza

EVEN THICKNESS, NO GUESSWORK: Four pairs of rings (2, 3, 6 and 10mm) set the pin at a fixed height, so the whole sheet comes out the same thickness in one pass. No more biscuits that are burnt at one end and raw at the other, and no more squinting at the recipe wondering what 6mm actually looks like. DISHWASHER SAFE, UNLIKE THE WOODEN ONE: No grain to trap flour, no handles to fill with water. Rinse it under the tap or put it in the dishwasher, rings and all. Dry the ends before screwing the caps back on and it stays looking new. The old wooden pin can retire to the drawer with the cake tester you have never used. STAINLESS STEEL, STAYS COOL, MEASURES AS YOU GO: A 35cm barrel of 304 stainless steel with a ruler etched along it in cm and inches. Steel stays cool, which pastry loves, and dough lifts off it far more readily than from wood. Very sticky doughs still want a dusting of flour, same as any pin on earth, so we will not pretend otherwise. PIZZA, PASTRY, BISCUITS, PASTA: 10mm rings for pizza and bread, 6mm for biscuits and scones, 3mm for pasta, 2mm for filo. Unscrew the end caps to swap rings, or leave them off and use it as a plain pin. At 508g it is lighter than marble, so you bring a little pressure and the rings bring the accuracy. Fits in a normal drawer too.
