This level can vary with the seasons, with our current batch having a natural carvacrol level of over 83%. Carvacrol is a powerful chemical compound and has been the focus of more than 800 scientific studies (Focusing on antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal use). Turkey produces some of the finest oregano, with high carvacrol and low thymol levels of less than 1.8%. The perfect balance for regular use.
