Massive on the entry, the mid-palate is diverse with flavours of dark plums, black pepper and cherries. Rich, enveloping and vivacious, the wine finishes with perpetuating energy and length- not to mention the satisfying tannins that rouse a desire for more VINIFICATION: Aged for 12 months in French oak (38% new) ENJOY AT HOME: Perfect paired with rich meat, as the high tannins in the wine work well with the rich and fatty elements in the dish.
