The bag offers a wide range of back lengths and load-bearing straps on the shoulder straps to distribute the weight evenly over your shoulders. The waistband is ultra-padded for a better fit between your body and the bag without compromising your comfort. Osprey's Rook range has plenty of storage space so you can easily organise your bag and access your gear without wasting time - this is key for Osprey! It has a lower sleeping bag compartment with a removable divider, and numerous compression straps to increase the bag's stability, while keeping access to the water bottle net on the sides of the bag.
