OXO Softworks Hand Held Mandoline

Slice veg, fruit and more to your exact thickness with the OXO Softworks Hand Held Mandoline. This clever kitchen tool lets you adjust the blade with a simple twist of the soft knob, so you can go from paper-thin cucumber to thicker potato rounds in seconds. The sharp blade cuts clean, even slices every time, while the clear surface below lets you watch your prep pile up as you work. Use it on a chopping board, over a plate, or hook the soft foot over the edge of a bowl when you're building salads or prepping stir-fries. The food holder keeps your fingers safe while you slice and doubles as a protective cover for the blade when it's stored away. It's dishwasher safe for fuss-free cleanup after cooking, and the compact design tucks neatly into a drawer without hogging space. It comes with a lifetime manufacturer's guarantee against defects for peace of mind. It's the kind of reliable kit that makes quick work of repetitive slicing tasks. Adjustable thickness. Ea
