Pastis Henri Bardouin 70cl

The much‑lauded Pasties isn't as good as No. 51. But that's a matter of taste. It's a bit too spicy for my liking and only tastes good with plenty of water.

I wanted to give it as a gift, so I chose the one with the pictured box. It would have looked nicer... perfect as a present. Unfortunately it arrived without a box, just in that ugly Amazon packaging... Well, it still tastes good, but they should at least mention that only the bottle comes.

Unfortunately I don't like it at all, the penetrating cardamom flavour prevents the anise aromas from coming through.

We wanted to give this Pastis as a gift. Unfortunately the box shown was not included.
