The Patagonia Better Sweater Vest is made from 100% recycled polyester warm and medium weight, dyed with a low impact process that significantly reduces the use of dyes, energy and water compared to conventional dyeing methods. Patagonia recycles used soft drink bottles, manufacturing waste that cannot be used, and worn garments (including its own) into polyester fibres to produce new products.
