This Pearl Export drum kit is a 5-piece set consisting of a bass drum, snare drum, 2 rack toms and one floortom in a modern rock configuration. The set comes with a complete hardware package as well as a Pearl PX cymbal set, consisting of a 14-inch hi-hat, 16-inch crash and 20-inch ride! The cymbals are made of poplar wood and are composed of 6 layers with a total thickness of 6 mm. All this results in a recognisable, warm and universally usable drum sound with a fair amount of attack. The drum kit comes with Remo drumheads and has an attractive Satin Scarlet wrap finish. This means that the rack toms are slightly smaller at 10x7 inches and 12x8 inches, but you do get a hefty 16x16-inch floortom! This is especially nice for smaller and younger drummers, as it allows you to adjust the rack-toms a bit lower. The snare is 14x5.5 inches and the bass drum 22x18 inches.
