Pearl M1270 maple soprano snare drum 12 x 7 inches

Snare drums are some of the most personal elements of your drum kit. They create a distinct sound that can really give your kit its own personality. Effect snares work to add to that personality. The Pearl M1270 maple soprano snare drum is a 12 x 7-inch snare drum with a crisp, brilliant attack, a tight sound and excellent projection. Because of its extended depth, the sound is richer and warmer, but the 12-inch, 8-ply maple shell gives it all the volume and character it needs to be both an excellent effect snare, and even a great choice for a main snare!
