No chemicals, foreign yeasts, or electrical equipment are used in the process. SMALL BATCH - Our mezcaleros produce tiny batches using low heat, and long fermentation, creating a mezcal of exceptional purity. TASTING NOTES - Roasted apricot, cacao, and gentle smoke, bottled at a spirit warming 48%ABV. ELEVATED EXPERIENCE - Artisanal mezcal is a stimulating drink, perfect for long nights with good company.
