It is precisely with this philosophy that Casa Agrícola was born as the personal project of Pepe Mendoza and brings to life his naturally sweet wine Paciencia Infinita. Casa Agrícola boasts 14 hectares of vineyard in the Marina Alta of Alicante (Valencian Community), and Pepe's philosophy is clear: to seek Mediterranean purity, to reflect the land and the climate in each bottle, and to let nature work its magic. Paciencia Infinita is a naturally sweet red wine, crafted from the local varieties monastrell and giró, without added alcohol, and with a refinement that makes it elegant and enveloping.
