Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise with any message over 5 lines of text, each containing up to 20 characters per line. Lines 2 and 4 are case sensitive and will appear as entered.
