It arrived like this. I'm happy to keep this bike rack but I'd like a replacement part and also a discount, otherwise I'll send it back.

Instructions unclear. All in all, for its price it's a great compromise for transporting bikes up to size 24 because larger sizes are anyway difficult just to stand upright on the car roof. The clamp's grip is good for most frames and wheel sizes.

Stable and secure even at speed, so much so that I almost regretted not getting the 4-seater.
