Petromax Charcoal Tray

Designed for flexible outdoor cooking, the Petromax Charcoal Tray from the pro-ft series lets you set up heat for a range of Dutch oven and grilling configurations. Use it to cook in a Dutch oven lid like a pan, or pair it with the Grilling Grate pro-ft to fry meat and vegetables with controlled heat. The tray holds approximately 14-18 commercially available barbecue briquettes and can be transported in the ft6 (and bigger) when the handles are retracted. Holes around the edge allow it to be used as a practical chimney starter: once the charcoal has turned to embers, place a Dutch oven on top. With a diameter of 23.5cm (9.5in), it is optimally suited to Dutch ovens ft6 and ft9. Combine it with other pro-ft series components to create a wider set of cooking alternatives.
