Its curved head ensures a secure grip when used as an ice axe, whilst the grip machined section on the shaft provides a reliable grip, even when used for pulling. The 3 mm-thick steel blade at the tip provides precise and effective grip on both hard snow and ice, whilst the stainless steel tip makes it easier to penetrate frozen surfaces. Weighing just 340 g for the 50 cm model, it combines lightness with strength thanks to its openwork design, making it ideal for attaching a carabiner.
