The Phoenix Day Deposit SS0992e is specifically designed to protect the collection of cash, where immediate deposit is required without unlocking the safe or requiring a cashier to hold keys. The safe door is secured by a VDS Class 2 electronic combination keypad and the deposit slot is secured by separate key lock that is supplied with 2 keys lock. The deposit slot is designed to be left unlocked during the day and locked at night and the main door can be opened for cash retrieval. This deposit safe comes with a recommended insurance rating of £1,000 for cash and there are pre drilled fixing points in the bottom of the safe for installation to a solid floor.
