Its sweet and delicately fruity character offers a subtle complexity and delicate Cognac-like character that just so happens to meld magnificently with gin. How do we know? We did it right here. This addition to our exclusive Master of Malt collection is a gin that we treated to a 19 month stay in a tiny little octave cask that previously held Pineau des Charentes. Intriguing, right?
