Perfected over four years of experimentation, this exceptional spirit is produced at Bridgetown's historic Stade’s West Indies Rum Distillery - a pillar of Barbadian rum-making for more than 130 years. Intense coconut leads the nose alongside rich vanilla and cinnamon, opening up to a round, creamy palate with a subtle touch of ripe banana. Significantly more refined than standard coconut rums, it elevates classic Piña Coladas and Coconut Daiquiris, but shines just as easily mixed simply with chilled pineapple juice.
