In theory it was the right device to scan my numerous negatives. In practice, with my computer not having a CD drive I couldn't install the software required for it to work, and since I couldn't get it to work at all I preferred to return it.

Windows 10 — 64-bit — impossible to install drivers!!!! The software doesn't recognise the drivers, or rather it tells me they're not present — I've been trying for two days but nothing — so I'm returning it reluctantly; maybe it was a good scanner

Good product, easy to use; it scans with decent quality. The problem is the software — it's probably too old and not supported on Windows 10. Fortunately I still had an old Mac and managed to install it.
