The POC Myelin helmet is designed for comfort and safety on urban commutes. Designed to be easily recyclable, the Myelin can be easily disassembled at the end of its useful life. The lightweight EPS lining provides optimised protection and comfort. The fabric outer casing reduces the use of plastics in its construction and improves recyclability. Constructed with as few different parts as possible, the helmet materials are held securely in place. A simple snap adjuster combines with elastic sections in the straps to provide a fit that can be stowed when the helmet is removed. The network of holes in the upper part of the helmet allows heat to be constantly evacuated.
